At The Base Vancouver, we are passionate about using Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to create a safer world for women and provide them with the tools needed to protect themselves. By educating women on self-defense skills that can be applied to real-life situations, we hope to empower women and bring greater awareness to the specific issues women face.

Our women’s Jiu Jitsu class will work every part of your body and push you out of your comfort zone.
